Who you're dealing with

Emmer Publishing is a sole trader business run by Danielle Hone in the United Kingdom, trading as Emmer Publishing. You can contact me at danielle@emmerpublishing.com. A postal address is available on request by email.

Bookings and payment

Sessions are booked and paid for through the scheduling and payment provider linked from this website. A booking is confirmed once payment has been received. Prices shown include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Rescheduling and cancellation

• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.
• If you are a consumer, you have a statutory 14 day right to cancel from the date of booking, except where the service has already been delivered at your request.
• Once a programme has started, fees are non-refundable and any remaining instalments under a payment plan remain payable.

What's included, and what isn't

Emmer Publishing provides guidance, structure, accountability and co-ordination with specialists. It does not include ghostwriting, marketing, promotion, or distribution into bookshops. No book is written using AI.

Your work

You keep all rights in everything you write. Materials I supply (workbooks, guides and templates) remain mine and are for your own use, not for resale or redistribution.

Results

I can help you write and publish a book. I can't guarantee sales, income or any particular business outcome.

Liability and law

Nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow it. These terms are governed bythe law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
