We do not see or store your full card details. Payments are handled by a secure third-party payment provider.

6. Complaints about your data

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, please email danielle@emmerpublishing.com first. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days, look into it, and tell you the outcome without undue delay.

If you are still unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

7. Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies such as local storage work in the same way, and this section covers them too.

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It only uses technologies that are strictly necessary for it to work, such as keeping the site secure. These do not need your consent and do not track you. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Our website also loads fonts from Google Fonts. This means your IP address is sent to Google so the fonts can be displayed. Google Fonts does not set cookies.

If we embed content from other websites, such as social media posts or videos, those sites may set their own cookies. We will only load them when you choose to view the content.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary ones may stop parts of the site working.
